Why I Started SubnetJoe
I've worked in and around technology my whole career — but the thing I kept noticing wasn't a gap in the enterprise IT world. It was in my own neighborhood.
Homeowners struggling with slow Wi-Fi and no one to call. Small business owners spending hours on the phone with big-box tech support, getting shuffled around and never really getting answers. Seniors getting scammed because they didn't have someone in their corner to spot the red flags.
The residential and small business market is massively underserved by the IT industry. Big MSPs don't want those clients — the margins don't work for their model. So those customers get ignored, or they get price-gouged by the few options that do exist.
SubnetJoe exists to change that. I bring real IT expertise — degree in information systems technology, deep experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, network security, and endpoint management — directly to homeowners and small business owners at prices that make sense.
